I was asked a great question this week.  Should we make sure that we have our branding and marketing nailed BEFORE we start networking and talking to people?

Well No.

But yes.

The foundations of your marketing and practice building need to be:

Who you are (Brand)

Who you serve (Marketing)

and

How you take that message to market (your Message)

I think asking the question which one do you do first, is like asking – What comes first – the chicken or the egg?
