The extra mile is a lonely place, no one else is there, so why should you go there?

This is why the extra mile is filled with opportunities.

Be early. Stay late. Make the extra phone call. Send the extra email. Do the extra research. Help a customer fix or find a solution to a problem and not get paid for it.

Every time you do something, think of what the extra mile could be. Sure it’s hard, it can be inconvenient – but its worth it.

It is what will make you different.

It’s what gets you noticed.

And this will make you remarkably successful.
