It’s a simple but powerful question that can save you a world of stress. As helpers and healers, we’re wired to jump in and help, but burnout often comes from taking on things that aren’t really ours to handle.
So here’s a little tip: slap that question on a Post-it, stick it somewhere you’ll see it, and give yourself permission to say “no” when it’s not yours to do.
