I had a great session with my personal mentor this week and was challenged by the fact that I have 5 working weeks until the rest of the year.

Now that got me all kinds of over- planning, which isn’t helpful, because the real issue is that I remain overcommitted.  So, I got smart.  I started taking things off my must be done list; off my must be completed list; away from my if I can’t get this done I will feel like a failure list ( yes not an intentional list that is the list that gets created by default).

I spoke into this very issue in a Facebook live earlier this week.  It’s created quite a lot of conversation amongst the Facebook groups I own, and I’ve received private messages and discussed the topic in coaching calls with client this week which tells me we have a topic of conversation here that needs more airtime.
