Too many health professionals are getting caught up in marketing tactics.

Chasing the next marketing tactic is going to leave you exhausted and broke.

Just because something worked for Mary Smith in 2020 doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you right now.

Here is a list of tactics…

  • Write a blog for your website and then publish it to Facebook, Linked In, and Pinterest
  • Just post more on social media
  • Start a podcast
  • Do webinars
  • Go and meet other professionals who can refer to you

Each one of these is a tactic. AND this is why many of you feel like you have some type of scattergun approach to your marketing and you have no idea where it will land, and if it’s going to be of any value to you.

Each one of these will be of limited value if you don’t have a strategy.

For example:

I will use content marketing to build an email list of people who are interested in working with me so that I have space for a new client. I have people who are already engaged and keen to work with me (aka the strategy).

The tactics I use to build this email list are:

  1. Create a valuable optin
  2. Write an email nurture sequence
  3. Write 1 blog per month and send it to my growing list
  4. Use monthly webinars to build my email list
  5. Use social media to promote my webinars and the optin

BUT

Your strategy won’t work if you do not understand the principles of human behaviour that govern the way the people you are trying to attract will want to engage with you.

For example:

How to create all of your content in such a way that it CONNECTS with the people I want to work with so that you can improve the ROI for all of your time and effort.

If you are struggling to fill your private practice or fill a course, or a retreat, intensive, program or any other offering that you have with the types of clients you want to work with, then you have a connection problem. And it’s a problem that more funny memes are unlikely to fix.

Knowing when the best time to post on Instagram is NOT going to help you if the people you are trying to reach are NOT connecting with your content, they will scroll right by and stop when someone else grabs their attention with a piece of content that CONNECTS.

Let’s fix this.

Let’s get your strategy right for you and your people.

And implement your strategy with the right tactics for you and your people.
