I have reached the end of my working year for 2019.  Hurrah!

Preparing for a break has taken on a whole new meaning for me since I took a month off earlier this year and realized that while I may have been changing my routine, I had not been preparing to have a break from my work.  ALL the work.

This realization has helped me to both plan and be intentional about having a break from work this holiday seasons.  I’ve been having this conversation with my team members and my coaching client’s this week so thought I would share with you how I recommend we plan to have a break

You can watch this 10 minute video here (yes it has cc so if you want to read the video you can do that too)

I would also like to thank everyone for your ongoing support and encouragement in 2019.

The conversations on Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In, along with responses to blog posts and emails really do help me to know that I am in service.

I look forward to returning in mid Jan 2020, with a sense of renewal and excitement about all the good that is yet to come.

Bless you heaps
