How are your goals going?

After all, we are already in JUNE!

Surely you have made some great progress towards those goals you set?

Not just business goals, the goals across your whole life.

Especially the goals that you set about:

Working smarter not harder;

Working less & being present with the family more;

Creating the space for real self-care;

Booking that retreat and vacation;

Your fitness goals;

Your meditation goals;

Your healthy eating goals;

You’re reducing your client load goals.

WHERE ARE THEY ALL AT?

(hands up if you took yourself on a shame spiral here)

It might interest you to know that this week my goals are right in front of me, open to my page of WOWS.

One of my goals was to STOP letting papers build up on my desk because paper means I have something else to do – TICK!

And another goal was to make sure I reflect on and work toward my goals every single week – TICK

I shared quite publicly back in March that I was not hitting the goals that I had set only 4 months earlier.

But I’m back on track.

Not because I am more disciplined,

I’m not more connected to my WHY,

It’s not that I’ve had fewer health things to manage.

NOPE

The truth is, I have kept myself accountable to others,

AND! I know what to do to get back on track.

I committed to checking in every single week on the progress of my goals,

Then, I remove the things from my schedule that are nice to have but not necessary,

While I continue to work on my fear of letting people down,

While I ask that support in my world to help me manage myself,

Now it’s time to review,

 

And more forward.
