Nothing makes me more frustrated then when I see health professionals continuing to lower their prices out of some inaccurate belief that “no one will pay” what they are really worth.

People will pay what you are worth

Look at the coaching and PD industry. People pay thousands and thousands of dollars looking for the solution to their pain. Yes they do. The Personal Development (PD) industry alone is a MULTI BILLION dollar industry.

More often than not PD coaches, trainers and the like are not as well educated as you are!  Have not had the clinical supervision that you have had – yet they are attracting the big influence and the big dollars.

Why is that?

It’s because they know the VALUE they can bring to a client and they know that that VALUE is worth something to that client.

In short they know their worth. They know it and they don’t compromise on it

Please understand this – if you are a health professional you are in the business of GIVING CLIENT’S THEIR LIVES BACK.  Now don’t tell me that’s not worth something.

But alas, I can hear some of you saying, “but Jo, people won’t pay what I am worth.  I’ve tried and they just won’t pay. “Well, you have a problem –  it’s not a clinical problem, it’s a marketing and sales problem.  Basically you are not helping your prospective client’s see the VALUE you bring to them. Once they can see the VALUE your expression of worth will be easy.
